Lori-Anne is a Licensed Counselling Therapist with a combination of experience and training that makes her a multifaceted practitioner. Lori has started with Adica to provide services to couples, but is also available for individual therapy and sees adults as well as adolescents (12-18).
Specifically, Lori is able to provide traditional talk therapy using a compassionate client-centered approach alongside using CBT, ACT and DBT. She has training in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and she has a background in Autism Intervention and introductory play therapy. She is able to direct bill Blue Cross and can work with NIHB.

Alana is a registered massage therapist with a deep passion and wonder for the abilities and complexities of the human body. Since graduating from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy she has completed additional courses on pre-natal pregnancy massage and pelvic pain and dysfunction. She is also interested in working with people with chronic pain, as well as musculoskeletal conditions and postural imbalances.
Alana’s treatment approach focuses on myofascial work with movement and mobilization, as well as deep tissue and Swedish massage techniques. She strives to create an environment that is welcoming and comfortable. She is passionate about massage therapy and the variety of benefits it can provide.
In her spare time, Alana likes to get outside, run, read or be creative in the kitchen. She also enjoys going standup paddle boarding with her big dog Burt in the summer, and cross-country skiing in the winter.
